It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Omar Adnan Shalash and Hasan Mohamed Hasan. Omar was the son of Adnan and Abla Shalash, brother of Ali, Nima, Nada, Hoda, & Hadeel Shalash. Hasan was the son of Nisreen Hasan, brother of Mariam Hasan, and brother-in-law of Shaker Ghassan Shalash. May Allah have mercy on their souls, forgive them, and grant them the highest level in Paradise.

• Janazah prayer will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 4 PM, at Masjid Bilal (1545 Russell Cave Rd).

• The burial will take place afterwards at the Islamic Cemetery MCCK (3247 Georgetown Rd, Lexington, KY 40511).
